Account Information

• Vehicle details (vehicle number, type, model)
• Driver's license information
• Aadhaar card for verification
• PAN card for verification
• Bank account details for payment processing

Document Uploads

To verify your credentials and comply with regulatory requirements, you may be required to upload the following documents using your device camera or storage:

• Driver's license
• Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC)
• Vehicle insurance documents
• PAN card
• Aadhaar card
• Bank account details or cancelled cheque
• Vehicle photographs

Usage Data

We may also collect usage related information when you use the Application ("Usage Data").

Usage Data may include information such as:

• Trip history and earnings information
• Application usage patterns and behavior
• Type of mobile device you use
• Mobile device unique ID
• Mobile operating system
• Type of mobile Internet browser you use
• Crash reports and diagnostic data

PURPOSES FOR USING INFORMATION

The purposes for using your information includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Authenticate and provide access to the Application
• Verify your identity and credentials as a vendor partner
• Send trip booking notifications through push notifications
• Match you with customer trip requests
• Process payments and manage your earnings
• Track trip completion and calculate fare
• Communicate with you regarding trips and updates
• Provide customer care and support
• Resolve disputes between vendors and customers
• To allow you to participate in interactive features of the Application when you choose to do so
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues
• To monitor usage of the Application
• Improve the Application and develop new features

WHO WE SHARE THE INFORMATION WITH

Except as stated in this Privacy Policy, we may need to share your information with our employees and other third party service providers who are engaged by us in order to assist us in providing the service. Such sharing occurs only on a need-to-know basis and only with those who maintain appropriate confidentiality and security practices.

We may share your information with:

• Customers: Your name, profile picture, vehicle details, and phone number may be shared with customers who book your services.
• Payment Processors: Your bank account details are shared with payment processors to facilitate earnings disbursement.
• SMS Service Providers: We use messaging service provider(s) who will have access to your phone number to deliver one time password through SMS.
• Push Notification Services: Firebase Cloud Messaging service is used to send trip booking notifications to your device.
• Analytics Services: Anonymous usage data may be shared with analytics providers to improve application performance.
• Cloud Storage Services: Your uploaded documents and data are stored securely on cloud servers.
• Crash Reporting Services: Diagnostic data may be shared to identify and fix technical issues.

We may also share the information with governmental agencies and other third parties in order to (i) comply with applicable laws, (ii) protect the rights and safety of our users, employees and general public, and (iii) to prevent fraud.

We do not sell or trade the information collected by us with respect to your use of the Application.

DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your data is stored securely on cloud servers located in India. We have appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards in place to prevent unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure or destruction of the information entrusted to us.

Our security measures include:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Secure authentication mechanisms
• Access controls limiting employee access to personal information
• Regular security audits and monitoring

DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for as long as you maintain an active account with the Application. Your information is necessary for us to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you choose to delete your account, we will process your data deletion request within 1-2 months. Upon deletion, your personal information will be permanently removed from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our backup systems for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

CHOICE IN INFORMATION USE

You will be required to register for the Application by providing personal information. If you choose not to provide your personal information, we will be unable to provide you the Application. In the event we decide to use your personal information for any purpose other than as stated in this Privacy Policy, we will offer you an effective way to opt out of the use of your personal information for those other purposes.

ACCESSING, UPDATING AND REMOVING PERSONAL INFORMATION

We provide you with access to your personal information. You have the right to:

• Access your personal information stored in the Application
• Update your profile and document information
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Opt out of marketing communications

You may correct, update or remove any such personal information either by accessing your user account or by contacting our customer support services. We respond to all data access and deletion enquiries within 1-2 months.

PERMISSIONS REQUIRED

The Application requires the following device permissions to function properly:

• Camera: To capture and upload photographs of documents and vehicle
• Storage/Photos: To access and upload documents and images from your device gallery
• Notifications: To send you trip booking notifications and important updates
• Internet: To connect with our servers and provide real-time trip information

The Application does not access or collect your device location, microphone, contacts, or calendar information.

GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE

This Application is designed for vendor partners operating in India. Our services, data collection, and processing activities are conducted in compliance with Indian privacy laws and regulations.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on the Application, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
